Introduction

Hello, and welcome to another episode of Kajabi in Five Minutes. Today, we are going to talk about emails and how to make your emails better. Let's dive in!

The Challenge with Kajabi Emails

I've heard from many people that they don't like Kajabi emails because they don't look good. These people often use Flodesk, which makes beautiful emails with its unique graphical editor, almost like having a mini Canva right in your email editor. Unfortunately, Kajabi and most other email platforms don't have this feature.

Making Kajabi Emails Look Awesome

While Kajabi doesn't have a graphical editor, there are ways to make your emails look great. When you go to Kajabi emails, email campaigns, new campaign, and choose a broadcast, you'll see cool templates. However, these templates are just for inspiration and can't be edited directly.

Keeping Emails Simple

I recommend keeping your emails simple. Simple emails are generally more well-received. Start with an empty email using the simple text email as the base. Then, customize it to match your branding. Add your signature, social links, borders, dividers, or a top image to make it look nice.

Saving Templates

Once you've designed your email, save it as a template. This will make your life much easier. When you write a new email, you can use your saved template, which will already have your branding and design. This saves you from duplicating past emails and re-editing them.

Using Multiple Templates

If you have different types of emails, save multiple templates to match each type. This way, you can quickly choose the appropriate template for each email, making your email creation process more efficient.

Adding Graphics

If you want more design elements in your emails, create graphics in a tool like Canva and upload them as images in your email. This allows you to add as much design flair as you want.

Conclusion

Take the time to design a nice-looking email template, save it, and use it repeatedly. This will save you time and ensure your emails always look great. If you want more design, create graphics in Canva and upload them to your emails.
