Hello, and welcome to Kajabi in 5 Minutes! Today, we are going to be talking about the different types of payments you can collect through Kajabi in an offer.

One-Time Payment

First of all, there's the one-time payment. This is really basic and self-explanatory. You set the dollar amount, the currency, and people can pay that amount once. It's done.

You can also let customers pay what they want, where you set a minimum payment and people can pay that amount or more. This is a unique payment setup within the one-time payment option. Another cool option is the quantity selector, which lets people buy multiple quantities of one item. This is useful for clients who sell their courses to corporations, allowing them to buy multiple copies at once.

Multiple Payments

Next is multiple payments, which is like a payment plan. You set the payment amount, currency, number of payments, and intervals (months, weeks, or years). For example, $500 monthly for four months means the person commits to paying $500 today and three more times, making four payments in total. This is a locked-in payment plan, not something that can be canceled like a subscription.

With multiple payments, you can have trial periods and setup fees. A setup fee is collected with the first payment, and then you can collect a reduced amount over the next payments.

Subscription

The subscription payment option allows you to set the amount and interval (week, month, or year). For example, you can set it to collect payments every month or every three months. This is useful for longer commitments and collecting more money in chunks.

You can also add a setup fee and a trial period (1 to 365 days). The interval and frequency start after the trial period ends. For example, if you offer a seven-day trial for a $100 per month subscription, the person won't be billed on day one but will start being billed on day eight.

Free Offer

There is also a free offer option where people can access your content without paying anything.

I hope this helps! Go out there and start collecting payments with Kajabi.
